As part of an educational field trip, Grade VI students of NPS, ITPL were taken to Visvesvaraya Industrial and Technological Museum on 11 August 2023. The Museum houses a treasure trove of machines and artefacts related to science and technology offering an array of interactive exhibits to explore. Students were enthralled to explore the exhibition halls on Engines, Electricity, Fun Science, Space, Biotechnology & Electronics, animated dinosaurs, life-size model of Wright Brothers’ flyer, Steam locomotive and many more.
Indeed, the trip offered our students a fascinating way of acquiring knowledge: in a more intriguing and practical way, thereby transporting them to a world beyond the textbook.
