Diwali is a festival of lights , which is celebrated across India and around the world.
On 9th of November, at NPS ITPL pre primary students assembled to celebrate Diwali integrated with Festival of lights around the world. KII E students presented the Special Assembly emphasising the mythological story behind the festival of lights. The young minds were sensitized about the repercussions of bursting crackers and the importance of an eco friendly Diwali.
Students were enlightened about the different light festivals being celebrated across the world which resemble our own. The day ended with engaging craft activities, bringing joy, excitement and fun to our students’ illuminated hearts.
