“Field Trips are an opportunity to explore and learn.”
The students of Pre-Primary from NPS ITPL went on an exciting field trip.
The students of KG I and Mont II went to a Nursery. Filled with enthusiasm and curiosity, the young learners stepped into the Nursery. Thrilled to see the greenery and colourful flowers all around, they explored the shrubs, bonsai, herbs, climbers and related it to their learning in the classroom.
With cherished memories and unforgettable experiences, the students left the nursery and returned to school with a glee in their eyes.
The day ended with an art expressing their love and appreciation for the greenery that covers our mother Earth.
To pass on the happy ripples of knowledge to the students of KG II and Mont III, a visit was organised to a nearby Post Office, also to instill awareness about the importance of Post Offices.
Communication has evolved from traditional letter writing to instant messaging. Although it has changed the way we interact, the significance of letters remains the same. Letters laid the foundation for our modern day e-mails and messages. Till today, postal services continue to play a crucial role in reaching remote villages, where modern gadgets are scarce, to deliver letters, parcels and money.
Our students who wrote a letter to their parents with great zeal, got the opportunity to personally post it in the letter box. They were excited to meet the postmen in person and thank them with a ‘Thank You’ card, acknowledging the valuable services provided by them. This initiative not only educated our young generation but also fostered appreciation for the essential services that connect us with our loved ones.
