In the spirit of Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam, National Public School, ITPL celebrated International Yoga Day on June 21 during the morning assembly, highlighting the practice of yoga as a means to promote global unity, harmony, and overall well-being.
The event witnessed an active participation of students and teachers, fostering a sense of unity, mindfulness and holistic development.
Students from Grades V to VIII showcased the various yoga asanas done in the Surya Namaskar to reiterate the significance of yoga in achieving mental peace, concentration, and stress reduction. The students were encouraged to embrace yoga as a regular practice for a balanced and healthy lifestyle.
