National Public School ITPL revered the theme “Yoga for Self and Society” for 2024 by collectively practicing Yoga on the 21st of June 2024. The enthusiastic participants immersed themselves in the Yoga session, demonstrating agility and dedication as they practised various asanas and breathing techniques. The collective synergy and commitment highlighted the benefits of yoga with an underpinned sense of harmony within the school.
