NPS, ITPL marked the Kannada Rajyotsava on November 20th with a vibrant celebration that encapsulated Karnataka’s cultural richness. The event featured a ceremonial flag hoisting, lamp lighting, a lively welcome dance and an eloquent speech on the significance of the state. In a fancy-dress presentation students showcased the Padma Bhushan awardees of the state, and a captivating skit delved into the state’s traditions. 

The traditional folk dance, Karnataka Jana Pada Kalegalu, added a rhythmic touch to the celebration. The Academic Dean emphasized the importance of learning the local language, fostering cultural identity. The event concluded with students feeling proud of their state Karnataka expressing their gratitude towards all the opportunities and bounties they enjoy.
