National Broadcasting Day

“Broadcasting is not just about delivering information; it’s about connecting voices, stories, and generations across time and distance.”
To mark National Broadcasting Day, students of Grades VII to IX of Terra House organised a special morning assembly on 30 July 2025, to raise awareness about the evolution and impact of broadcasting in India.
The assembly commenced with a solemn prayer and a reflective message on responsible communication in the digital era.
A skit portraying the history of radio, followed by a display of vintage advertisements, engaged the audience.
Students creatively recreated nostalgic Indian commercials, adding a touch of humour and authenticity.
The event was praised for its creativity, informative content and for paying a fitting tribute to the cultural legacy of Indian broadcasting.
