National Mathematics Day

1729 – does the number ring a bell !- "it is a very interesting number; it is the smallest number expressible as the sum of two cubes in two different ways." - said Srinivasan Ramanujam – the Mathematical genius whose birthday is observed as National Mathematics Day.

NPS ITPL celebrated the genius through a range of Math activities – performed by grades 1 to 8. Data handling, number crunching, proving congruency were some activities that stimulated our students.
