Every day, countless human lives are saved by not only their doctors, but also by the often-unnoticed beneficence of millions of anonymous individuals worldwide, through the act of blood donation.
To honor their life-saving contributions to society, as well as to encourage this act of selfless charity among others, June 14th is annually commemorated as Blood Donors Day worldwide.
NPS ITPL prides itself on inculcating social responsibility among its students. To promote awareness of blood donation, Grade 5 students were tasked with creating informative posters to spread awareness, encouraging people to voluntarily donate blood. The students demonstrated thoughtfulness and creativity, inventing meaningful slogans and designing aesthetically inspiring posters.
It reflected student’s innovative ideas, shaping them to become better human beings and members of society.
