World Heart Day

Students of NPS ITPL got to the heart of the matter when they had a sharing session on wellness - physical and mental on the occasion of World Heart Day today. Students of Std.8 shared their views on health and fitness depicting models of the heart, illustrations on chart about the significance of maintaining heart health. After all, it's one machine that can't rest for even a second. Rich tributes were paid to this wonder machine and students pledged to adopt an active, healthy lifestyle
