Since time immemorial oceans and seas have played a vital role in human life. However, at the current time, there has been a continuous deterioration in ocean health.
The need of the hour is to create an awareness and plunge into action to mitigate the damage. To create an impact, students of 7 A at NPS, ITPL presented a special assembly on 9 June 2023. The theme of the day- “Planet Ocean: tides are changing” was introduced and the significance of the day was asserted. Students were urged to follow certain do’s and don’ts to contribute to the ocean health.
A very concise but appealing mime on the theme also found a place in the assembly.
