Education is one thing no one can take away from you. The purpose of education is to awaken joy, curiosity, and a deep desire to solve problems within us. In the words of APJ Abdul Kalam, “Thinking should become your capital asset, no matter whatever ups and downs you come across in your life.”
On 18th August 2023, the Mathematics Department of National Public School, ITPL conducted their maiden Inter School Mathematics Quiz ‘Mathletics’ that aimed to provide an active learning experience, fostering engagement and practice among the participants. The quiz encouraged critical thinking and problem-solving skills while preparing participants for various assessments. Parallelly, it gave an opportunity to the students of NPS ITPL to display their organizational skills, communication skills and team work to list a few.
The participants went through a series of challenges-including the preliminary round, displaying their mathematical prowess, intelligence, and general knowledge. In the second phase the qualified teams faced eight mind-bending rounds on the stage that put their skills to the ultimate test. The best team emerged victorious as the Mathletics Quiz Wizards of 2023!
