Purple day was celebrated on 29th January 2021, Friday. Purple is the col-our of royalty. It stands for wealth, power and creativity. The motive of celebrating purple day was to make the students aware of the colour, its significance and to develop the fine motor skills in the students.
The virtual session began with the introduction concerning the colour purple. Students were all dressed up in purple colour. It was indeed a visu-al treat to see the impact of the purple colour on our little angels on the screen.
Students watched a video on purple colour and took active part in a quiz session post that. They were excited while doing the art and craft activity of making grapes by finger printing for Nursery and making Tulips by paper folding for KG I and KG II which was arranged for them by the class teachers. Students explored that purple colour can be made by mix-ing blue and red colour.
It was an amazing learning experience which had a long lasting effect on each student. All the students were happy and enjoyed to the fullest.
