Yellow Day was celebrated on 11th September 2020, Friday. Yellow is the colour of optimism, glory, sunshine, and happiness. It stands for freshness, positivity, intellect and joy. The motive of celebrating yellow day was to make the students aware of the colour yellow, its significance and to de-velop the fine motor skills in the students.
The virtual session began with fun filled introduction concerning the col-our yellow. Students were all dressed up in different shades of yellow colour. It was indeed a visual treat to see the impact of the yellow col-our on our little angels on the screen. All the students of Pre Primary sang rhymes along with the video shown and discovered various yellow col-oured objects. They were excited while doing the craft activity which was arranged for them by the class teachers. KG II and Montessori III students also witnessed an experiment performed by the teacher of mixing two primary colours and getting a new colour.
It was an amazing learning experience which had a long lasting effect on each student. All the students were happy and enjoyed to the fullest.
